Intellectual Property law applies to the IPzen website.
All the material contained in the IPzen website, such as videos, graphics, photos, images and text belongs to IPzen Ltd and is protected by copyright law. Except in the event that a person obtained the prior express consent of IPzen Ltd, no person may, even partially, copy, modify, transmit, distribute, display, reproduce, publish, license or create works from any part of the material of the IPzen website or otherwise use it for any public or commercial use. Users may only view or print individual pages of the IPzen website for their own personal use.
Trademark laws protect the sign IPzen® that is registered as a trademark pro. A patent also protects the IPzen solution. The patent protects many of its features under patent laws.

Personal data is collected on IPzen, including during customer registration and newsletter subscription. Personal data includes any data which indicates the identity of the person to whom it relates, or which can be used to identify that person.

IPzen accepts responsibility for the security of the user’s personal data. It employs various security technologies and methods to protect the user’s personal data from unauthorized access, misuse or inadmissible disclosure. The user’s personal data will be stored in computer systems which only a few selected people are authorized to access.
If the user protects his accounts and personal data with a password, it is his responsibility to keep the password secret. The user must not pass this information on to others. If the user uses a computer which is also used by other people, he should always log out before leaving a website or a service, to prevent subsequent users from accessing his data.
